The Office of the Registrar manages and maintains all official academic records. As the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, we are committed to providing the highest quality of information and services in a manner that is both professional and ethical through effective communication, collaboration, and use of technology.

Services We Provide

The Office of the Registrar provides services including planning and implementing the academic calendar, maintaining course offerings, course scheduling, facilitating the registration process, processing requests for enrollment verifications and official transcripts, and certifying eligibility requirements for graduation. The office provides support and guidance to faculty members to meet compliance requirements governing attendance and grade rosters submission.

The Office of the Registrar complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as the School’s policy on confidentiality, to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of students’ academic records.
